An ideal candidate must have the following profile: • Minimum 10-12 years’ experience within leading hotels or resorts • Must have luxury hotel/resort background such as St Regis, Four Seasons, Shangri-La, Hyatt, Six Senses, etc. • Asian experience essential • Proven management experience • Strong organisational and operational skills and must be a natural leader • Showcase excellent Project management skills • Solid understanding of managing international workforce with a “down to earth” attitude • Excellent understanding of rooms rates, budgets, forecasts and various other financials • Lead various activities for the Rooms, Reservations and Front Of House operations • Ambitious, outgoing and flexible personality • Maintaining brand awareness and modern approach to challenges"
