Pre-opening experience will be highly regarded and previous exposure to Asian market with a luxury resort or hotel is a must Your role requires that you understand and respond instantly to the needs of all departments within the hotel. Duties Include: • Be able to foster a cohesive working relationship with the all departments and departmental heads in the hotel • Ability to source appropriate items, with the strong connections you have within the industry and with the ability to negotiate with alternate vendors to maximize profitably • Solid background in stock control and managing all store areas while providing on time reports to the management team • To conduct research, analyse data, and develop and recommend the allocation of resources according to internal standards and policies • Continually analysing all reports and information available to you to facilitate maximum cost effectiveness across all departments"
