Ensure system compliance with accepted industry standards and practices (such as corporate information factory data flow architecture, star schema modeling, and various ETL techniques). Develop strategies and ensure optimization of data acquisition, archived data recovery, and publication and integration of data into Informatica data targets. Complete all tasks assigned and formulate reusable controls and implement best practices for high quality performance and implementations. Strong communication skills to communicate systems proposals to management and customers and provide systems diagnoses and resolution for current systems. Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and lead complex projects. Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel. Lead the problem solving and troubleshooting effort for the Informatica projects. Lead the support and ownership of the Informatica platform, including rotating after-hours support for all staff.
