View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/p8dikp Job Description: • Updating existing databases/models using underlying fund financials and quarterly reports for over 200+ private equity managers • Assist investor relations team in drafting over 200+ underlying fund reviews for Venture and Buyouts semi-annual meetings • Handle uploading documents and other updates to investment portal • Cross-checking documents on portal to ensure they are uploaded • Assist in drafting pages and content for quarterlies and annual reports for all of our funds • Create charts and content for various quarterlies/annuals • Format portfolio company tables • Proof reports • Track and distribute underlying fund reports to the relevant communication managers • Running fund performance metrics (e.g. IRRs) • Ad hoc projects (e.g. downloading of PE related Benchmark information, updating of performance data, and assisting in tracking fund level capital call/distribution schedules) Qualification: • Major in finance, economics or business preferred • Juniors or Seniors preferred, graduate (MBA) students will also be considered • Must be able to commit to at least 20 hours a week; at least 1 full day a week and must be able to work through 10 weeks, at a minimum • Prior intern experience required • Highly motivated individual with demonstrated initiative, independence and adaptability • Excellent computer skills with solid knowledge of Excel and Word (Powerpoint a plus) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow in fast-paced, detail oriented environment • Deadline driven, self-starter • Follow up skills are essential"
