Hands-on data analytics experience is a must • Strong academic profile with an emphasis on quantitative coursework (e.g., degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, MBA) • Advanced SQL querying ability is a must, expert Excel / PowerPoint skills and basic understanding of data warehouse architecture are required. Proficiency with statistical analysis tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS) is a plus • Experience in product / web analytics is strongly preferred • 3+ years of experience, ideally in web analytics or at a leading management consulting, financial services or marketing company • Strong interpersonal skills including ability to present insights and recommendations persuasively. Skill and confidence in dealing with people at all levels of the organization are essential. • Past experience demonstrating strong focus on client needs in an analytical environment is a plus • Intellectual curiosity, passion for problem-solving, and comfort with ambiguity • High energy and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities • Some international experience would be a plus." | |||||
