Job Title: Bioinformatics Programmer Job Location: Rochester, MN Job Duration: 06 Months(contract) Pay Range: Open Job Description: Primary responsibilities include working as part of a team to provide application development and testing support for bioinformatics unit, including testing and development of genomics-related projects. Task is to develop a program using java/xsl/xslt to convert TCGA XML clinical files to csv file which can be fed into or integrated with EZLoader, an internal system that loads clinical data into database.
