Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Rochester, MN Duration: 06 Months(contract) Pay Range:Open Job Description: The projects include upgrades to GBS' portals, health assessment updates, coaching programs, data connectivity, Client Website updates and integration, eHealth, Knowledge Management, and client-management reporting. The positions will be responsible for eliciting, documenting and prioritizing business requirements (some in an Agile team setting). Additional responsibilities include facilitating requirements sessions, testing/communicating changes needed to development staff. Seasoned professional with strong business analysis experience and skills including the ability to lead requirements sessions and work collaboratively with colleagues across business, product management, IT, and user experience. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years direct BA experience in healthcare industry BS in Business or Computer Science field 5+ years of experience in writing Functional Specs, Use Cases/ User Stories, and DFD's 3+ years of experience with Web Application Development and complete understanding of SDLC 5+ years of experience Business Intelligence and reporting applications Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Visio Desired Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies Please complete the following and send back with your updated resume.
