Assures the organization maintains a robust internal audit and corrective action system Assures the organization maintains a robust supplier quality assurance and corrective action system Enhance and implement effective measurement on quality performance with specific focus on customer complaints and product consistency. Participates in and assures appropriate coordination is completed for customer, FAA, and government audits Assures the organization maintains and addresses all Failure Report and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) as required by customers Assures the coordination of software quality per DO-178B and interface with customer, FAA and government software quality and certification offices. Provide monthly status reports, including metrics for quality objects per the Quality Policy Provide professional development for all assigned team members. Explain and support company policies and procedures, complete performance reviews, develop key objectives and maintain accountability within the team.
