Develops/implements corrective action plans for the resolution of compliance issues. * Works in partnership and provides guidance to the teleservices department, accounting department, sales, marketing, operations and other business units related to the compliance program. * Provides reports on a regular basis, or as requested, to keep senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts. * Manages day-to-day operations of the Quality Assurance and Compliance departments. * Serve on the Ethics and Compliance Committee and other committees as necessary. * Stays abreast of new laws and regulations. * Provides direction and management of the Ethics and Compliance Hotline, confidential e-mail address, and monitors complaints.
