Wir wollen wachsen und suchen daher zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für den Raum Wien und Umgebung eine/n Servicetechniker (m/w) Die Aufgabe dieser Position besteht in Wartung, Inbetriebnahme von einfachen bis komplexen elektrischen und mechanischen Anlagen im Bereich HLKS aller handelsüblichen Produkte. Service Technical Specialist führt selbstständig diese Arbeiten durch. Ferner diagnostiziert und repariert er/sie Anlagen und Systeme bis hin zur Störungsbehebung in Notfällen. Er/sie erkennt aufgrund seiner fachlichen Kompetenz sowie der Kenntnisse der spezifischen Anlagen beim Kunden Optimierungs- und Erweiterungspotenzial und berät den Kunden hierzu proaktiv. AUFGABENGEBIET: • Service und Wartung von HLKS-Anlagen, wie HZ- Kessel, Brenner, Lüftungsanlagen, von allen handelsüblichen Herstellern • Service- und Wartungsarbeiten, einschließlich Diagnosen und Reparaturen von Fehlern bei elektrischen und mechanischen Geräten wie o.a. • Vorbereitung für SLJs (z. B. Aufnahme der Anlage, Skizzen) • Überprüfung der Verkabelung in Technikzentralen beim Kunden • Bestimmen der Geräte- oder Ersatzgeräteanforderungen und rechtzeitige Information des FSL oder FSS • Verfügbarkeit zur Erfüllung von Bereitschaftsdiensten außerhalb der normalen Arbeitszeiten, gemäß vereinbartem Dienstplan und nach entsprechenden Anweisungen • Sicherstellen der Kundenzufriedenheit durch direkten Kontakt zum Kunden vor Ort, wie z. B. Terminabsprache, An- und Abmelden, Berichtserstattung über durchgeführte Arbeiten • Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Kosten • Rechtzeitige Information des Vorgesetzten bei absehbaren Mehrkosten • Erkennen und Melden potenzieller Fehler, Störungen und sonstiger Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten • Schätzung von Materialkosten, –mengen und Zeitaufwand, Mitteilung dieser Angaben an den Vorgesetzten sowie an den Servicevertrieb ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektro, Mechatroniker oder HLKS 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Störungsbehebung von HLK-Anlagen, wie z.B. HZ-Kessel, Brenner Öl/Gas, Fernwärmeanlagen, Lüftungsanlagen, Kältemaschinen sowie einfache regeltechnische Kenntnisse Gute Fähigkeiten bei der technischen Fehleranalyse Gutes elektromechanisches Fachwissen von den o. a. HLK-Geräten um Wartungen und Störungen durchführen zu können. Weiters ist ein hydraulisches Anlageverständnis von HZ- und Lüftungsanlagen nötig. Fähigkeit, mit Kunden eine gute Beziehungen aufzubauen Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, sich Branchen- und/oder Produktkenntnisse anzueignen und anzuwenden, um stetig auf dem aktuellen technischen Stand zu sein Selbständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit Kommunikationsvermögen in Wort und Schrift Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten Ausgeprägtes Engagement für Sicherheit und ein sicheres Arbeitsumfeld Gültiger Führerschein Deutsch fliessend Englisch Grundkenntnisse Interessiert?
