Monique Leung posted a job: Account Manager (MNC, B2B, Information Provider) "Our client is a European based corporation specialising in providing global information services and intelligence. They are now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team as Account Management Manager. Responsibilities * Negotiate renewal contracts with C-level executives, growing the installed base, account planning, forecasting and overall client satisfaction * Take ownership of client relationships within Hong Kong and South China territory * Arrange and attend meetings with clients * Draft proposals and contract documents * Design strategic account plans for key accounts to identify growth opportunities * Provide training to clients and new users whenever necessary * To take proactive steps to encourage higher usage from the low usage users * To gather feedback and understand users' needs * Attend industry events and provide support to marketing team Requirements * Degree level education * At least 3 years of relevant experience with proven track record in account management of consultative solution selling, ideally gained from information provider, online media and database related sectors * Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must) * Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint * Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills at executive and C-Suite level with confidence and authority * Budget management skills - numerical finesse & budget forecasting * Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills * Organizational & multi-tasking - deadline and goal orientated * Project Management Skills - resourceful, innovative & able to cope under severe pressure * Strategic documentation & administrative skills - strong numeric capabilities & time management skills * Self-motivated & result orientated, proactive and willing to learn * Creative, confident and enthusiastic to work in a dynamic environment * Team player with excellent interpersonal skills * Sound relationship management and networking skills Our client offers 5-day work, 20 days annual leave, medical benefit and an attractive remuneration package to the right talent.Click "Apply" to apply for this position or call Monique Leung at +852 3180 4922 for a confidential discussion.
