Due to business expansion, they are now seeking a high caliber candidate to join them as an Inside Sales Executive, based in HK. Responsibilities: * To provide an effective service to the sales teams for researching prospective strategic customers, through telephones, desktop research, tradeshows and events * Telephone research and name gathering from leads and prospects, including finding the names of the key decision makers and potential buying audience * To follow up leads and prospects after each marketing campaign, tradeshow and seminar, work with sales team to provide necessary pre-sales support, e.g. send reports and proposals, schedule appointments, etc. * Ensuring all details are recorded accurately in CRM system * Assign leads and prospects to the relevant Sales Manager for follow up purpose Requirements: * University Degree graduate preferred * 2 years of relevant telephone based selling experience * Fresh graduates with excellent language skills and part-time cold-calling experience will also be considered * Fluent English and Mandarin is a must * Excellent phone manner, especially when doing cold calling * Proactive and aggressive and highly organized * Familar in working in a B2B environment * Team player, and can also work independently as an individual * Computer literate, and good at data entry especially in Chinese inputs * Attention to detail, confident and is a good listenerClick "Apply" to apply for this position or call Monique Leung at +852 3180 4922 for a confidential discussion.
