"As an Enterprise Marketing Manager, you are responsible for creating and implementing a C-level Executive marketing strategy and supporting the Enterprise sales team in DACH. Specifically the Enterprise Marketing Manager has responsibility for three areas: sales enablement tools, market expertise and providing our Sales Teams with C-level networking opportunities within target accounts. Responsibilities: Specific duties/ responsibilities include: • Develop an Executive Programme Strategy for the Segment Develop and deliver face to face networking opportunities for the DACH sales team with C-Level Business Executives • Identify and manage external networking opportunities such as industry events, 1:1 meeting events etc. • Develop a series of C–Level Executive briefings, drive content creation and lead and contribute to business discussions at these events • Identify external marketing opportunities within professional bodies • Manage product accreditations and associated marketing opportunities • Sales Enablement • Drive sales success by identifying and coordinating the development of sales tools. • Create Solution-level messaging and value propositions that demonstrate understanding of buyer needs through the precise use of terminology, symbols and analogies. Topics include business processes, trends, key initiatives and buyer personas. • Develop presentations and other selling tools with Marketing Communications (white papers, case studies, ROI calculators, etc.) which articulate the value proposition and key messages for Concur’s offerings. • Develop sales promotions as needed Market Expertise • Be the Go-To market expert for the Enterprise Segment in DACH • Collaborate with regional marketing teams and HQ to build relationships and educate industry analysts and other influencers, evangelising and positioning Concur as both an innovator and market leader. • Develop Industry Briefings to help keep the business abreast of industry trends and legislation which can be used as messaging hook for Concur • Build and maintain a good knowledge of all Concur products and services • Analyse new potential markets and provide recommendations on Go To Market Strategy • Manage the development and provision of key competitive overviews Experience & Qualifications • Degree level education with 6+ years’ experience in B2B software industry, preferable with SaaS experience and travel & expense management experience. • 4+ years’ experience of public speaking and networking with senior business professionals • Local market experience mandatory. A plus if candidate has direct experience of additional European markets. • Knowledge of the DACH region and business cultures therein and cultural sensitivity is paramount - must be demonstrable. • Sensitivity and experience in dealing with North American business culture also desirable. • A proven track record is paramount, demonstrating strategic use of marketing tools to achieve financial objectives e.g. programmes that have resulted in increased revenues, growth in market share. • Must be able to demonstrate strong networking and influencing skills at all levels of the organisation. • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar sales forecasting and tracking tool a plus. • Languages – Native German speaker essential plus good English. • Additional European languages a plus. • Strong business modeling and Excel skills required Location & Travel This position is based in Concur’s Frankfurt office. Some travel will be required for this role – mainly within Europe and occasionally to US.
