Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting. Leverage online recruiting resources and own network to identify and recruit the very best candidates. Works closely with hiring managers and business leaders to determine the human capital needs of the departments and positions identified to ensure efficient and effective hiring. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 1yr of US IT Staffing experience required. Good communication skills. Strong learning drive and ability. Looking for growth in a fast-paced environment and wiling to cope up with the challenges involved. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: 1 – 4yrs of experience in full lifecycle recruiting for technical/technology related positions in US Staffing domain. Ability to hire on different positions like Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Permanent Placements. Have knowledge of various taxation policies relating to OPT, CPT, C2C, W2, 1099, EAD, GC and Citizens. Should have expertise on sourcing through various Job Boards like Dice, Monster, CarerBuilder, HotJobs, NetTemps, Corp-Corp and networking sites like LinkedIn, Facebook and also knowledge of various free job sites.
