Ideally candidates will have some knowledge of online inventory, order management and provisioning tools such as IMS, EMP, BT Eco, OMS, Vigilize etc. Knowledge of Remedy would also be desirable. Candidates with any knowledge of the Ericsson Voice Soft Switch or other VoIP technologies are highly desirable.
