PA to Managing Director KA/1971 in Gibraltar, Gibraltar Responsibilities Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Managing Director and Senior team, maintaining confidentiality at all times with regard to business, customer and personal data Produce letters, reports, presentations and e-mails as required (either on own initiative or from hand written drafts) Manage all telephone and e-mail enquiries for the division and channel them to the appropriate person or team   Provide a single point of contact for information/data requests from departments and either channel those requests to the appropriate person or team, or provide data directly to the requesting party Manage and organise the diaries of the Senior team Arrange all relevant travel, accommodation and meeting facilities for the team and keep detailed records of costs incurred; report on costs on a monthly basis Plan, organise and attend  functions/conferences (for up to 200 people), managing budgets, facilities, 3rd party support and all other arrangements as necessary Undertake ad hoc duties/projects for the Managing Director as required from time to time Maintain up to date people records for the Remote team, including but not limited to organisational charts, role profiles, “My Plan” reviews, talent documentation, “Your Shout” results etc.   Support all Facilities initiatives with the Office Manager including the organisation and implementation of office moves,  provision of IT services to new starters, catering/cleaning etc.   Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour   2-3 years experience working within a large corporate/matrixed environment Gaming industry/Bingo experience preferred although not essential Experience of working within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Strong customer skills and experience in working with a wide range of internal and external customers Strong personal communication and organisational skills IT literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes Strong numeracy preferred as working with budgets/cost controls a key part of the role Ability to work and prioritise effectively either independently or as part of a small team        Experience of delivering creative ideas/projects/outputs preferred   Competencies  Dynamic personal style that delivers results, engagement and a positive working culture Good communication, listening and facilitation skills Ability to work independently and with key internal and external partners Ability to prioritise and adapt rapidly to changing business conditions Detail focused Ability to handle multiple streams of work and prioritise accordingly Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentational) Understands and manages change effectively and experience of working in a high change culture   http://bull.hn/l/OIMK/6"
