VIP Executive CA/1103 in Gibraltar, Gibraltar Role Purpose As part of our VIP team you would support, develop and increase the loyalty of our VIP players and support the management of the online games. Key Responsibilities Identify and build relationships with VIP’s across all channels: retain and develop business through contact/dialogue and cost effective performance based promotions and incentives Day to day administration of the player loyalty/VIP scheme, including monitoring agreed KPI’s, administering campaigns and rewards, managing communications and content, and drive improved retention and ROI Manage the activity and relationship with our VIP’s, ensuring deliverables are met and maximising their value to the business Work with the Playtech/IMS tools to provide support, maintain relationships and develop business with key VIP affiliates to maximise revenues and profit through player acquisition and retention, activity and volume incentive, cost effective promotions, customer service and support services Develop VIP business through the identification of opportunities within and introduction of offers, promotions, communications and support to affiliate networks, direct affiliates and commercial partners where appropriate Assist VIP Manager for projection of future business opportunities across all channels Monitor and report on competitor activity to ensure we retain and grow market share across all channels Skills, Knowledge and Experience Experience in VIP management for gaming industry Previous experience in working with an affiliate team A keen interest in and knowledge of online gaming and sports products Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentational); highly numerate Good IT skills including strong experience of MS Excel, Word and Outlook etc.) and database packages Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and 3rd party service providers Strong customer skills; ability to create rapport with valued partners http://bull.hn/l/OINU/5"
