Als CMS Application Engineer werden Sie für die Abschätzung, das Anforderungsdesign, die Planung, die Konfiguration und für den Test sowie die Inbetriebnahme des CMS verantwortlich sein. Der Business-Application Engineer wird an die Leitung der CMS-Entwicklung berichten. Aufgabengebiet • Erarbeitung eines detaillierten Systemverständnisses des CMS und seiner Konfiguration. • Installation der Anwendungssoftware auf einer Test-und Trainingsumgebung des CMS. • Durchführung von Systemtests mit der Hilfe von Simulationen in der Testumgebung des CMS. • Unterstützung bei der Software-Installation am Standort des Kunden oder falls erforderlich per Fernzugriff. • Unterstützung bei der Fehlersuche per Fernzugriff oder falls erforderlich vor Ort. • Bereitstellung der ersten Ebene der technischen Hilfe bei auftretenden Software-Fehlern vor der Übergabe an die Serviceabteilung. Ausbildung und Fähigkeiten • Bachelor / Master in Informatik / Elektrotechnik / Elektronik Ausbildung • Ein idealer Kandidat sollte eine längere Berufserfahrung bei der Installation, Prüfung und Inbetriebnahme von Computer gestützten, elektrischen Systemen haben. • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Application Engineering, Integration und praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Systemen, Netzwerken und Software-Konfiguration sind erwünscht. • Praktische Erfahrung bei der Implementierung und Verwaltung von Servern und Netzwerken, sowie Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit UNIX auf Sun Solaris oder Linux –Plattformen sollten vorhanden sein • Fließend Englisch in Wort und Schrift ist erforderlich, idealerweise auch fließend Deutsch.
