"Working for a leading FMCG brand, this exciting and challenging role will put you in charge of consumer insights for the business across South East Asia. With 6-8 years of experience in consumer research (gained either on the client-side or a mix of client/agency experience), this regional leadership role is a fantastic opportunity for an expert in the FMCG space. To apply, you must have considerable experience in both qualitative and quantitative research. You must also be comfortable with large data sets and be able to undertake detailed analysis. Some experience in shopper research is required, given this is a key focus of the role. We are looking to hear from candidates with an ability to think strategically and convert insights into recommendations, which will drive investments across the company. Due to the regional focus of the role, we are looking to hear from people with some regional exposure. As well as the specific research experience required, you must have extensive experience of interacting with and advising senior stakeholders. The role will require you to present to large, diverse audiences, so we are understandably looking for candidates with excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and fluency in English is essential. Those with additional language skills will be preferred. Finally, experience of budget planning is essential for this role, given the need to manage significant research budgets. Please note, due to the regional nature of this role, travel will be required. The right candidate will be rewarded with an excellent package worth up to USD 70k per annum.
