Job Position : Developer Support Engineer

Job Location : Delhi, NCR

Desired Qualification : BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience


Responsibilities

• As a Developer Support Engineer, you will make developers successful at building applications on Social networking sites
• You will work directly with customers to resolve technical issues
• You will debug, reproduce and triage bugs, develop and suggest workarounds, while ensuring that SLAs are met
• You will work with the operations and engineering teams to drive and improve our developer support process
• You will write code samples, articles and tutorials for developers that demonstrate best practices and workarounds for common issues
• Our goal is to make SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES an essential platform for developers with you providing the information and tools developers need to be successful

Requirements

• Previous experience in developer support or software development
• Solid software developer and debugging skills, with experience with (at least one) Python, PHP, C/C++, Ruby, C# or Java
• Deep understanding of the Web technology stack (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
• The ideal candidate will already have a good understanding of the SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES Platform
