 SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) (Deemed-to-be-University u/s 3 of UGC Act 1963) is one of the premier Deemed University. Its business school is India's top 10 Business Schools with a rich culture of innovation, entrepreneurship and consensus building. The University has campuses at Mumbai, Shirpur and also operates from Bengaluru and Hyderabad. NMIMS today offers academic programs in different disciplines organized under different Schools. Deputy Librarian
The Deputy Librarian shall work under the supervision and guidance of Librarian of the University. He/ she will be responsible for the upkeep of the Library and follow systems, procedures and policies implemented by the University at the respective Schools. He/ she will also be responsible for providing various Library services and media technology for the School, assisting in operations of Schools, organizing, cataloging the collection, researching in automation, vendor options and studying its effectiveness, providing reference services by utilizing conventional and electronic database resources. He/ she shall evaluate and select materials to support the academic curriculum and the education, personal and social/ vocational needs of the School.

Eligibility Criteria Master's degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation with atleast 55% of marks or its equivalent grade B+ in the UGC seven point scale and consistently good academic record.

Atleast 5 years experience as Assistant Librarian in University Library or 10-15 years experience as a College Librarian. Evidence of innovative Library service and organization of published work should be provided. Should have hands on experience in Library Automation. Qualifying in the National level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by UGC. Ph.D / M.Phil. degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation/ Archives and manuscript-keeping is desirable.

Assistant Registrar (Admin)

The person shall be responsible for coordination, handling and organizing training programs and general administration. He/she will supervise and control day-to-day administrative functions of the school. He/she is required to plan and coordinate with the Deputy Registrar of Academic Administration.

Candidates should have Master's Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent GPA. At least 7-8 years of experience in the field of specialization is desirable. Candidates with experience in Educational Institutes will be preferred.
Assistant Registrar (Exams)
The person shall be responsible for managing all the functions of examinations including conduct of examinations, handling of student grievances, etc. He/she is required to plan and coordinate with the Controller of the Examinations and liaise with regulatory bodies.

Candidates should have Master's Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent GPA. At least 7-8 years of administrative experience as Superintendent or an equivalent post is desirable. Candidates with experience in Educational Institutes specially liasoning with statutory bodies like UGC AICTE, etc. will be preferred.
Superintendent (Exams)
A minimum of Master's Degree with at least (55%) of marks or equivalent GPA. Candidates should have minimum of 5-6 years of administrative experience as Superintendent or in an equivalent post in the required field of specialization. Experience in Educational Institutes will be preferred.

The person shall be responsible for coordination and logistics of various examinations of the University. The person shall assist the Assistant Registrar in paper collection, supervision and ensuring proper calculation of marks in the mark sheet, coordination with the faculty for timely papers setting/corrections and any other examination related activities.
Coordinator (Exams)
Bachelor's Degree of any statutory University. He/she should have 5-10 years experience in coordination, handling & organizing exams, faculty coordination for timely paper correction and general administration of examination department. He/she should have good communication skills, coordinating ability and must perform effective job-related activities. The candidate should be willing to work in shifts. 
Coordinator (PR)
Bachelor's Degree of any statutory University. He/she should have 5-10 years experience in coordination, handling & organizing events, publications, etc with Advertising or PR agencies. He/she should have good communication skills, coordinating ability and must perform effective job-related activities. The candidate should be willing to work in shifts.
Course Coordinator
Bachelor's Degree of any statutory University or the qualification prescribed by the Board of Management. He/she should have good communication skills, coordinating ability and must perform effective job-related activities. He/she should have 5-10 years experience in coordination, handling and organizing training programs and general administration in the relevant field. The candidate should be willing to work in shifts.
Assistant (Exams/Admin/HR/PR/Purchase)
Bachelor's Degree of any statutory University with 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field. He/she should have good communication skills, coordinating ability and must perform effective job-related activities. The candidate should be willing to work in shifts.
Office Assistant
Bachelor's Degree of any statutory University with knowledge of computers (MS-Word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint and Tally) and good communication skills. He/she should have 3-5 years of experience in office administration, planning and coordination, MIS, compilation in EXCEL with hands on experience of statistical data.
Laboratory Assistants (Pharmacy Labs)
Candidates should have Bachelors Degree or Diploma in the field of Pharmacy. He / She should have 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity.
Assistant (Academic-Admin)
A minimum of Bachelor's Degree with atleast 50% marks or equivalent GPA. Candidate should have experience in Educational Institutes offering Management Courses. He/she will be assisting in various placement related activities like determining employment interests, liaison with corporates, maintaining of database, etc. He/she will also be required to coordinate with students, Faculty Incharge, arrange for campus interviews, etc.
