Major Activities
- Creating processes both customer facing and organization processes
- Validating the processes from cross functional stakeholders (within the organization & inter organization)
- Implementing the processes including interface to IT wherever required
- Training the end users on the new processes
- Rollout of the processes across the organization
- Monitoring of adherence to processes
- Reviewing process efficacy and incorporating suggestions for improvement
- Working on assigned CR’s (Change Request) to modify existing processes
