Requirements: - Bachelor's degree required with a Master's degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of progressive IT and business experience. - Advanced business process knowledge, and a demonstrated capability to apply technology solutions in addressing business issues is required. - Experience providing solutions to aid in Pharmaceutical Product Development in a manufacturing or development business strongly preferred. - With advanced foundation in and understanding of: 1) methodologies for system design, development, and implementation 2) validation and regulatory requirements in a cGMP environment also preferred. - Preferred technical skills include the use of prototyping tools and laboratory informatics. - Proven project management capability through all phases of the Project Implementation life cycle based on the successful completion of multiple projects. - Strong communication skills, and advanced relationship development and management capabilities.
