INTERFLON markets its products directly to the professional end user with a sales force of 300 Technical Advisors in 37 countries, using thousands of case studies with proven cost saving of customers all over the world. The INTERFLON R&D department develops and sources high value and high performance lubricants and cleaners which make a clear difference to the user. As a consequence of INTERFLON’s strong growth we expand the development team with a PRODUCT DEVELOPER R&D The ideal candidate has 5-10 years experience in product development, in particular with emulsions and dispersions. He or she will probably have a university degree, ideally in chemical technology. He or she keeps intensive contact with suppliers and external partners and seeks innovative technologies and products. Some development is done in house, others through partners. He or she enjoys working in a team and exchanging view with colleagues and partners. Next to the responsibility of developing new products, the candidate will also give technical advice and occasional local support to the sales organizations worldwide. INTERFLON is very flexible, hands on and no nonsense organization, giving high responsibility and independency to its staff. Knowledge of different languages is a strong asset in this function. We seek a creative, pragmatic and experienced chemical engineer, with excellent communication skills. No scientist, but practical and result driven individuals, who have an open view on the world and who know how to use the present world of networking.
