Knowledge, Skills & Experience Technical Skills & Experience • Proficient in SharePoint development (2007 and 2010). • Proven ability to configure and enhance web parts, workflows and proficiency with SharePoint Designer. • Proficient in .Net development skills C#/VB, WWF, WPF, web services and ASP.net. • Proficient in SQL Server Programming (2005/2008) and Reporting Services. • Proficient in Visual Studio, Silverlight, TFS, VSS, ASP, OOPS Concepts. • Familiarity with OLAP, and ESSBASE Cubes. • Experience with Hyperion and COGNOS a plus. • Experience with InfoPath and Forms Services a plus. Soft Skills & Experience • Must possess effective communication skills, both oral and written, • Proficient in business requirements gathering and documentation. • Proven ability to problem-solve. • Proven ability to work in both a team environment and independently. • Proven ability to meet service level commitments and achieve business goals in a timely and effective manner. • Proven ability to absorb, master and leverage emerging technologies. • Demonstrates commitment to providing customer-focused quality service. • Must possess the ability to multi-task.
