Our client is a dynamic and innovative IT Solutions company that provides IT Services in the B2B environment. The successful Head of Operations ( ITIL, e-commerce, application management, infrastructure, product operations ) will be a key member in a key strategic role. The Head of Operations ( ITIL, e-commerce, application management, infrastructure, product operations ) must be willing to work in Hamburg, Germany. Our client is offering a full relocation package with this role, if you are coming from outside of Germany.. Head of Operations ( ITIL, e-commerce, application management, infrastructure, product operations ) responsibilities will include the following: - Responsibility for the smooth operation of all high-availability e-commerce applications and systems of our clients international customers. - Managing 3 team leads and their respective teams. - Budget and resource planning for the existing infrastructure. - Continuous development of existing infrastructure with regard to scalability, availability, maintainability and restorability. - Definition of technical SLA’s Essential is the following: - Fluent German and English. - proven experience in a similar role. - Experience in project management. - ITIL knowledge (ITIL Certification preferable). - Man management experience. - Good knowledge of the majority from: web technologies (especially J2EE), application management, high availability e-commerce environments, infrastructure and system technologies (i.e. Oracle, MySQL, SAN, Solaris, RHEL) - A willingness to work in Hamburg, Germany.
