One of our client looking for the below mentioned position. Position: Sales Head Total experience: 10+ yrs Primary Key Skills The role, which is part of the leadership team, drives the Sales & Marketing organization globally. He/she should be well versed with Europe / Africa & other regional markets, with hands on exp. in leading sales team, handling large customer-base & alliances. Strong, proven track record of consistently holding or exceeding quota using a consultative/solution selling approach, focused on solving Enterprise customer problems with Line of Business solutions, within customers and markets that require a “break the mould” approach (e.g., size of transactions, complexity of sales, shifts in perception, etc.). The ideal candidate will be some one who has worked exceptionally well with the customers providing IT services/Products using global delivery model (GDM) in onsite/offshore mode & now looking to attain the pride of ownership even while working with us. You should have the ability to get access & influence the key decision makers & should have demonstrated ability for new business identification, qualification and capture Provide leadership and manage team dynamics, risk mitigation and provide industry best practices Candidates for this position must be strategic thinkers, capable of conceiving global strategies, promoting a shared vision of business opportunities, selling those ideas to senior management and motivating team in their execution. The ability to manage time in the face of multiple competing priorities is essential. Responsibilities Build and manage business plan for the allocated geography and other Clients/relationship across Globe, with whom he did business, earlier. Responsible for revenue target achievement Identify potential strategic deals and develop the tactics needed to bring them to fruition. Develop business initiatives and support in creation of new revenue streams and strategic customer development. Identify and proactively do lead generation and eventually ensure deal closure. Develop, and build upon positive professional relationships gaining the confidence of assigned client representatives Be driving force in creating solution mindset and sales approach methodology for sales and business development groups that characterize company’s dealing in market place. Driving the relationships to take the complete ownership of the accounts and will be responsible for the acquisition and churn from the accounts. Work closely and deeply within the target customers and maintain mutually rewarding business relationships. Work with the team to identify, define and qualify opportunities to ensure growth in target accounts. Proactively drive innovation and value-creation for the customer by bringing intellectual value and consultative advice to key customers. Improvement to the win rate and reduction in time to close the deal Preparation of pipeline, MIS and order forecasts with periodic status.
