Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Manager Treasury – Corporate Finance Muhammad Aly posted a job: Manager Treasury – Corporate Finance "We are looking for candidates for the Manager Treasury – Corporate Finance position at a large Telecom Multinational Company Position Title: Manager Treasury – Corporate Finance Company Sector: Telecom Company Type: Large Telecom Multinational Company Department: Treasury Position Location: Islamabad Salary: 130K to 260K The ideal candidate should: -- Hold MBA degree from a reputed local university (CFA candidates will be preferred) -- Have 7-8 years of work experience with minimum three years telecom treasury experience Job Description: -- Be responsible for forecasting and meeting funding requirement of the organization by looking at various possible avenues within local & offshore market -- Review all financing agreements in coordination with internal & external legal counsel at the time of renewal of facilities or placement of new facilities -- Review documentation requirement in result of financing facilities and ensure timely compliance to all requirements -- Ensure timely debt servicing by using swift and efficient means with an aim to bear minimum cost of funds -- Coordinate with local and offshore rating companies for annual/quarterly rating update -- Manage investments of provident fund balance of company employees to ensure maximum return with minimum risk -- Carry out review and compliance of all monthly and quarterly reporting -- Prepare quarterly investor relations report -- Provide support to inter departments through provision of various reports and information -- Ensure compliance of all the requirement of lenders in form of various monthly reports and documentation with regards to facilities -- Ensure compliance with the financial risk management policy of the company by actively engaging in the currency and money market Essential Skills: -- Should have strong analytical and quantitative analysis skills -- Have strong knowledge of the functioning of local and international financial markets -- Should have strong financial forecasting stills and come up with out of box solutions to fix issues -- Should be familiar with financial analysis tools, concepts and methodology -- Should be able to meet deadlines under pressure on continuing basis -- Have strong interpersonal skills -- Be proficient in operating MS Office especially MS Excel -- Accounting knowledge would be an added advantage Candidate with relevant experience can send there CV at aly.careerpakistan@gmail.com"
