Position – Region Health & Safety Manager Scope of work – MEA Region, working closely with the regions’ top bosses Job Details – As a Region Health & Safety Manager, you will be taking care of Health and Safety of entire region which employees 15000 employees, more than 50 distribution centers and numerous plants. This role will expect you to be ready to get your hands dirty and at the same time give Strategic inputs and planning for the same. You will be managing and doing Audits, Coach Health and Safety Teams, Interact with Global Function experts to enhance the capability and sustainability of this 24x7 operating and growing Giant. As a Region Manager, your Leadership qualities should be tested and proven. Your experience of Change Management will play a crucial role here. So, if you are a Strategic Leader who has handled Health & Safety role at regional level in FMCG/ Oil & Gas, handled Global systems and processes, this is for you. Candidate Details – To fit this bill, you should have exposure of Global Systems and Process at Large Plant and Region Levels for 5-6years and over all experience of 10- 14 years. You should have done Change Management, lead Audits, exposed to studies like HAZOP/HAZAN and certifications in OHSAS 18001. Diploma/ Advanced Diploma in NEBOSH or similar Studies is must along with a Bachelors Degree. You should be able to converse and communicate in Arabic and English."
