You will be active supporting the Business Bankers. Must have commercial experience with credits of between $30,000 to $500,000. Will be responsible for: • Manage the portfolio of small commercial lending relationships. • Underwrite new business referrals from Business Bankers • Approve credits up to $500,000 • Maintain steady flow of credits through system • Write loan proposals for existing clients. • Attend loan closings; conduct annual site visits. • Track covenants/borrowing bases/A-R Aging; etc. for their accounts. • Create loan and account documentation as required.
