Required Skills -Lead and organize formal/informal problem solving in such areas as scrap, process quality, warranty etc. -Provide guidance and training in such areas as APQP, BOS, problem solving, statistical process control, gage r&r etc. -Support compliance with internal and external customer requirements, including customer visits -Interface with design/process engineering, purchasing and manufacturing on product launches -Conduct system and product audits. -Assist in the maintenance of the TS16949 and ISO 14001 certification and support certification as required. -Coordinate and facilitate continuous improvement in system compliance, product quality and customer satisfaction."
