They are ideally looking for someone with SEC examination and/or investment management experience. Responsibilities will include: Supervising junior compliance staff in connection with outsourced compliance work, i.e., emails, personal trading and execution quality reviews; Drafting and revising compliance manuals and codes of ethics; Conducting forensic testing and mock regulatory reviews; Preparing and delivering compliance training; Advising on all aspects of regulatory compliance matters; Managing client relationships including hosting clients at firm events. Qualifications: -Bachelors Degree, JD a plus - 5-7 years experience - At least 3 year's experience as with the SEC's examination or investment management division or relevant in - house experience with a private fund or other asset management firm; - Excellent organizational and staff management skills; A self-starting, personable and team player approach.
