"Now Hiring: .Net Developer in St Louis, MO Educational Preference: Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience. Job Experience:  5+ years of business analysis experience within the software development life cycle.  Ability to mentor junior staff (Preferred)  Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving abilities  Well-organized and able to prioritize and coordinate simultaneous tasks and projects while addressing customer needs.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills  Project management experience helpful but not required Computer Experience: 5+ Years experience with and strong grasp of Microsoft C# 2.0/3.5/4.0  Experience with and strong grasp of ASP.NET/Web Services  Experience with and strong grasp of T-SQL and SQL Server RDBMS  Experience with and strong grasp of software development methodologies  Knowledge of OO analysis and design patterns  Knowledge of relational database design  Experience with Microsoft Commerce Server is desired but not required  Experience with jQuery and AJAX is desired but not required  Strong organizational skills  Good written and verbal communication skills Assures effective and accurate analysis, design, and development of systems that meet specifications and requirements of project and overall business needs by or through: o A broader, deeper knowledge of the inner workings of multiple departments o Working on larger scale projects o Project/people leadership (will vary by project) • Assures application development delivers the desired functionality within the estimated timeframe and strives to improve the processes • Assures effective customer service to resolve issues swiftly and accurately to meet customer needs • Assures accurate development of applications and systems to support the environment that will provide up-to-date information to all areas and levels of the company. • Assures timely completion of all assigned IS projects within the project guidelines mutually agreed upon with IS Management and that the results are of a consistently high quality that meet the business needs Profile Accountabilities • Assures high performance and customer focus from all direct reports for cross-functional impact by: o Motivating and inspiring team to achieve their highest potential o Providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback o Providing the opportunities and tools direct reports need to grow and gain the skills and knowledge needed to realize their potential o Attracting talent and selecting high caliber people of diverse cultures, backgrounds and experiences from both inside and outside of the organization o Delegating authority and encouraging staff to take calculated risks o Adapting style to capitalize on different talent • Assures effective management of change to reach functional and organizational goals by: o Translating operating plans into understandable and executable goals o Proactively developing inter-functional and intra-divisional relationships o Demonstrating creativity by breaking norms and generating ideas o Replicating successful endeavors and practices • Assures a collaborative environment that fosters and values partnerships, diversity, and trust by: o Demonstrating a passion for meeting customer needs and exceeding customer expectations o Exhibiting selflessness by helping others become more successful in their roles o Sharing talent resources to create or improve business results o Actively seeking the ideas of others and valuing... http://bull.hn/l/FRZE/4"
