"Our client is a high profile innovative and integrated communications company specializing in a range of solutions across online, voice, digital, mail and mobile. The core objective of their business is to provide corporate to small businesses a return on investment through multiple communication channels in order to target the right customers. As the successful PMO manager, you will be working across multiple digital media project from inception to completion. You will be working with the creative team, developers, clients and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and bring projects to completion, on time and within budget. You will also lead and mentor a small team. This is a hands-on project management role, so you will be required to have a strong digital media and/or development background combined with a proven track record in project management. These projects vary in size and timeframes. If you have worked for a small to medium size digital media agency then this role has your name on it! You will be responsible for: · Managing a series of projects from beginning to end · Gathering and documenting project requirements · Supplier selection process and supplier management · Managing project scope and budget · Key stakeholder management · Methodology and process improvement · Providing training and support on project management methodologies to rest of business The successful candidate will possess: · At least 7-10 + years experience in a project management working within a digital media environment · Relevant tertiary qualifications ie. Computer Science Degree · 5-10 years experience in software development · AGILE or PRINCE 2 Project Management qualifications (mandatory) · Experience in delivering digital media projects on time and within budget · Ability to assist with pre-sales engagements and presentations · Practical experience with requirements gathering techniques · Experience working with a number of different project management methodologies · Exceptional time and people management skills · Exceptional attention to detail · Strong Communication skills · Proven negotiation skills · A passion for digital media · Available to commence immediately or 4 weeks notice Please note: only suitable applicants that meet the above criteria will be contacted.
