"Client – Our client is a leading business group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The client has strong presence in Automotives, Construction and Marine industry. This role is for the Automotive Business. Job Title – General Manager – Human Resources. Location – Jeddah, KSA Job details – As General Manager – Human Resources, you will lead strategic Human Resources practices, policies, objectives to provide employee oriented, high performance culture that drives high quality, productivity, standards and goal attainment. You will be responsible for and accountable for developing, leading and implementing of HR strategies, policies in alignment with organization business strategy drive a performance culture across the organization.
