"We are looking for a Top notch marketing professional for a client at Gurgaon. Only 2006/ 2007/ 2008 batch MBAs from Tier 1 B-Schools should apply. Position : Manager - Marketing Education : MBA from a premier B-School ( only 2006/ 2007/ 2008 batches being considered ) Experience : 4 - 6 years in marketing. Past experience in independently developing and maintaining marketing strategies for a business. Should have worked extensively in B2C categories & should have good exposure to branding and marketing program development and execution. Location : Gurgaon Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. Responsible for building and strengthening the brand of the Organization and driving demand for the LoB assigned. To develop & execute the marketing plans for the assigned Line of Business (LOB) in conjunction with sales for new and existing products. To manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising brand management and promotional activities concerning the LOB. To manage the LOB marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within agreed budget. To monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and drive results. To work with and manage the advertising and media agency to deliver the appropriate marketing communication. To participate in research to define brand action plans, define plans (promotions, New Product Introductions) in line with the brand seed and coordinate execution in line with the corporate strategy to enhance brand preference and profitability. Develop effective product positioning in the market. 2. Develop architecture for the brand and maintain brand integrity and compliance across product lines, marketing materials and all other internal and external communication as it pertains to company’s brands. Achieve the planned number of queries and shoppers for the country/ LoB. Achieve the desired LoB revenue targets while working in close unison with the sales team. Successful execution of Marketing strategies while working in cross functional teams. Innovative marketing programs to establish Brand salience and strengthen brand equity. Driving brand equity index and develop desired positioning. Ensuring resource optimization and marketing cost efficiencies through new ideas/ promotions/ marketing channels. High on customer satisfaction. Manage relationships with Product Team, Design Team, Marketing Team, Media Agency, Creative Agency, BTL execution Agency. 3. Should be well versed with Brand Management, Market communication, Market research, Positioning brand effectively, Anticipating market drivers, Market segmentation, Innovation/Creativity, Customer focus, Drive for results, Business acumen, Problem solving, Priority setting, Conflict management/interpersonal savvy.
