We are currently seeking a Product Manager who will drive the development of Infinian’s Web, Social and Mobile product lines. This includes increasing the profitability of existing products and developing new products for the company, build products from existing ideas and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and working with customers and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality, enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market. A product manager's key role is strategic, not tactical. The other organizations will support your strategic efforts; you won't be supporting their tactical tasks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. • Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning. • Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. • Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product. REQUIREMENTS • 5+ years of developing highly scalable, n-tiered, web based, mobile and social application. • Enterprise Product Development targeting both the enterprises and consumers. • Experience with developing both web-based, mobile as well as Social applications. • Experience creating detailed business requirements, wireframe / product mockup. • Must have an eye for User Interface design and should have skills to write use cases, test cases, product specification, familiarity with UML for creating Use Case, Sequence and Collaboration diagrams. • Knowledgeable in technology – Office, Visio, HTML5, CSS3, UML modeling for putting together Use Case, Sequence and Collaboration diagrams. • Experience with developing highly scalable, SAAS, Cloud based product using Windows ASP.NET is a plus • Complete understanding of Software Lifecycle methodology such as RUP, Agile Unified Process, etc. • Computer Science or Engineering degree.
