REQUIRED SKILLS: • Applicants must have a minimum of 5 – 10 year of overall IT experience. • Must have 1-2 years of experience in leading infrastructure projects. • Must have strong knowledge and hands on experience of Weblogic • Involved in Architecture design and implementation. • Basic knowledge of Application Server one of (Jboss / Tomcat / Glassfish / WebSphere / WebLogic). • Experience in DR creation and implementation. • Experience in coordinating between various teams located remotely. • Should have considerable experience in triaging issues and should have a strong positive attitude towards trouble shooting the problem. • Evidence of broad customer service delivery and confidence to drive initiatives. • Outstanding written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Strong organizational, problem solving and advanced analytical skills.
