"Top Drive Services Manager in Adelaide, SA Australia Internal Relationships Indonesia Top Drive department Country Managers Top Drive Sales department Business Development Manager H R Department Finance Department Legal Department Asset & Inventory Department   External Relationships Top Drive Customers Suppliers and vendors   Objectives of the Position Manage the Top Drive Rental and AMSS businesses in Asia Pacific Region (except for Indonesia) Provide Leadership for all Top Drive Technician’s in field and workshop Ensure Client Satisfaction ensuring the CSS program is fully implemented and followed Lead Preventative Maintenance Program for APBU and ensure that APBU PM Team members comply and adhere to Tesco PM policies. Manage costs aggressively to ensure SQ is maintained while providing the highest possible Operating Income Along with accounts department, ensure proper and accurate invoicing is completed on time and efficiently each month Accurate daily and monthly reporting On-Call (24/7) support to Top Drive customers and Tesco Field Technicians    Principal Tasks Manage Client Portfolio within designated region Job Planning – logistics, assets, personnel and Cost Control Manage team of  Top Drive Technicians – Supervise Workshop Activities Represent Tesco at client visits Continually look for process improvements to enhance the client experience with Tesco Top Drive Rental, Workshop and Field Service Quotes and Invoicing preparation Job cost control Optimise Asset Utilisation Inventory Control Lead Preventative Maintenance Program   Act as mentor to develop and ensure high level of performance from field personnel Perform regular Technician evaluations and ensure required training is provided cost effectively Ensure Technicians are utilized efficiently   Ensure Top Drive Maintenance/Inspections up to Tesco standards Mentor and develop Workshop Personnel Plan equipment repairs effectively to ensure cost control   Pre-spud meetings, After Action Review meetings and General Update meetings as required by client   Experience and Expertise Min 5 years Top Drive experience 8 + years oilfield experience in operations and/or workshop Min 2 years Supervisory and/or Management Experience – key focus on development of personnel and growing the business Maintain adequate level of finance knowledge to manage P&L for region Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering an asset High level of interpersonal skills   Behavioural Competencies Must actively demonstrate core values and support culture Leadership by Example Listening Open Disclosure Respect Success Celebration Customer Focus Honouring Commitments Planning Commercial Acumen Performance Management   Please send CVs at umair.rasheed@oilexec.com http://bull.hn/l/KLQ2/1"
