This high profile position is responsible for the development and growth of the Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance technology solutions division of a well-respected, fast growing software company. The firm offers a suite of workflow tools that streamlines the new client on-boarding process for broker/dealers and other financial institutions and the credit investigation process for commercial banks. The successful candidate will have diverse responsibilities within project, product and content management with experience in developing products and solutions for the Reference Data or Compliance/Know Your Client markets. This position is ideal for a Compliance professional interested in leveraging his/her experience to join a company in a business capacity. Responsibilities include: * Lead the development and implementation of Compliance product roadmap to ensure the optimal deployment of technical, human, and financial resources associated with meeting the business units stated growth and financial performance objectives. * Work closely with the field sales team both pre-sale and post-sale. * Gather/document business requirements as part of the pre-sales process and write functional requirements documents as part of the deployment process. * Manage customer engagements. * Manage projects with R&D resources, adhering to best practices. * Maximize opportunities in the market by working closely with customers and prospects. * Build relationships with industry trade bodies, working groups, content partners and software vendors. * Stay abreast of changing industry regulations affecting product development. * Customer development for top 25 prospect accounts.
