"Position is located in Dublin, California. $60K Base + Bonus = $100K + potential. Work for the best Power and Energy company in the industry. • 4+ years experience within the professional staffing services industry with a proven track record of successfully recruiting engineering professionals. • Previous experience within Power and Energy Sectors is a plus. • The successful candidate will be skilled with problem solving, negotiating and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • A demonstrated ability to develop a candidate/client network locally and nationally. • Proven customer service skills, attention to detail and effective time management. • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and shift priorities between a multitude of different tasks quickly and effectively. • Documentation of candidate and client activities, activity report generation, maintenance of resume and candidate profiles within proprietary database. • Sourcing, recruiting, screening and placing candidates for contract assignments and permanent placement positions. • Building and maintaining a candidate inventory for our clients and ability to utilize technology to source and secure fresh talent. • Securing qualified business development leads and candidate referrals by delivering outstanding quality and strong customer service. The candidate selected for this position must have experience working in a close team environment.
