"Looking for a Process Engineer / Maintenance Manager in Cleveland, OH Process Engineer / Maintenance Manager A leading global manufacturer seeks a process engineer with extensive maintenance experience or an experienced maintenance manager with experience in extrusion processes to assess manufacturing operations, develop, implement and monitor processes; oversea and direct facility and equipment maintenance, train and lead operators to ensure quality, cost and efficiency requirements are met in their Cleveland, Ohio manufacturing facility. Responsibilities: Evaluate, design, implement and monitor manufacturing processes and operating systems including production flow, facility, and production equipment Coordinate the manufacturing launch of new and/or revised products including establishing goals, training team members, running trials and evaluating results Troubleshoot, monitor and improve the efficiency, output and safety of manufacturing processes Lead and train operators in manufacturing processes Design, develop, install and test and/or source and cost-justify various tools, machinery and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods.
