On behalf of our client we are looking for a Technical Service engineer for work on a new American crushing plant. Company is located in EuroAsia, the region is a hugely successful oil producing area, a significant player on the world stage and with immense potential for further growth. All of the plants are equipped by Astec, has its own heavy duty trucks. Remuneration: • 3000 USD net per month, apartments provided Requirements: • Russian or Turkish and preferably English speaking. • Higher Engineering education. • Experience of work in similar positions with a crushing plants over 5 years. Duties: • Responsible for proper operation of all electrical, electronic, and mechanical components ensuring proper sequencing/interlocking and proper applications of this system. Create a database for recording all calibration and check up data. • Supervises employees as to operate, maintenance of all equipment. • Involved in the organization of the assembling or disassembling of equipments. • Responsible for technical support technicians and operators. • Responsible for mechanics, operator and electrician training. • Create and monitoring of Implementation preventive maintenance plan. • Create spare part inventory plan setting required quantities of stock as required by maintenance and repair manuals. • Constant check of inventory levels to ensure avoidance of “Stock Out” conditions. • Create a proper safety manual for operation, maintenance and repair of all equipment.
