JOB DUTIES Respond to HRMS core application, self service, data integrations and supported HR systems requests via ticketing system and service support line in a timely and courteous manner. Research and resolve errors surfaced by application users and integration processes by utilizing root cause analysis and leveraging support tools such as system/integration documentation, vendor knowledge bases and user networks. Provide application support liaison for third party vendors and internal business owner for HRIS, recruiting, I9 administration which would include facilitating meetings, documenting discussions & action items and following up on task items. Develop critical working relationships with internal business owners and associated functional work-teams to understand enterprise requirements and contribute to application and process improvements. Participate in testing activities for HRIS projects or system patching for training and knowledge transfer. Execute system access audits for supported systems. Submit and support change requests submitted via vendor website for supported application business owners. Track error metrics, data integrity issues and ticketing system closure metrics on a monthly basis. Maintain system and process flow documentation for SharePoint site. Continually build detailed knowledge documents for all supported applications and document for team reference. Interact with global team members to develop and facilitate system and policy best practices.  Complete other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor including back-up support for any other team roles.
