"Solutions Sales Executive £40k basic, £80k OTE uncapped Microsoft Dynamics Midland, or North of England Solutions Sales Executive – Microsoft Dynamics - North of England My client is a leading Microsoft Dynamics Gold Competency partner, and they are hiring an experienced Sales Executive to lead its growth in business solutions and collaboration solutions. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role offers a unique opportunity to participate in significant growth of a dynamic solutions reseller, with uncapped earnings potential in excess of £80k for the successful candidate. Experience You will have at least 5 years of direct sales experience and demonstrate consistent on target sales success in financial and ERP solutions to small and medium businesses. Experience of Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV & CRM or competitive products is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will also have experience of selling Microsoft-based collaboration (SharePoint), custom development and licensing solutions, and demonstrate an ability to plan, prospect, qualify, develop and close complex solution sales, ideally based on an understanding of established sales methodologies. About the client: They are a long established business systems reseller, delivering excellent information technology services to many clients for over 15 years. Their highly experienced team deliver ERP and relationship management solutions, primarily based on Microsoft Dynamics GP, CRM and custom development. The new management team is aggressively expanding the team and product base to broaden our offerings to include Dynamics NAV, Office365, SharePoint and end-to-end managed services. Skills & Abilities To succeed in the role, you will have: · Top quality sales & negotiating skills · Initiative and drive · Commitment to quality customer service · The ability to work effectively in a dynamic team · Excellent presentation and communication skills, including report and proposal writing · Rigorous time management ability · Knowledge of the IT marketplace and an interest in IT issues · Education to degree level is preferred, relevant accounting, finance or business management qualifications an advantage My client is committed to personal development, and will work with you to develop specific knowledge of our solutions, Microsoft’s offerings and your personal skills in the context of your shared development plan. In their fast growing team, future opportunities to grow and manage within the sales team are also available to the right candidate. Responsibilities You will primarily be responsible for working with their experienced telesales team to prospect, qualify and win new business with new client and in their existing customer base. You will be supported by their experienced team of consultants throughout the sales cycle. You will also be responsible for renewal of significant support and maintenance contracts with their client base. High quality customer care is a key tenet of my client's service, and you will be responsible, with the telesales team, for account management - managing key customer relationships and maintaining high independently monitored customer satisfaction metrics. Location North England/Scotland – The successful candidate will be based at one of the offices in Hull, Derby, Edinburgh and Aberdeen. A full UK drivers license is required.
