Brief JD as follows Position : VP - HR( Group HR Head ) Education : MBA ( HR ), Addl Law Degree preferred Experience : 15 - 20 years ( Corporate HR experience of at least 5 Years ) Location: Jaipur Compensation : Commensurate with candidate caliber and experience Role Responsibilities & Desired Profile : 1. The role encompasses HR functions of entire Group, which includes USA, UK, India, China and Thailand. Each country has HR teams in place, Head of HR from each country will report into this role. Organization development: Continual refinement of 360 degree appraisal system, Training, establishment of fast track system for star performers, further refinement of suggestion schemes at various units etc. 2. Hiring of CXO’s at various units as well as corporate office. Identification and onboarding of next gen HRIS and establish it as a central tool for inter-employee communication and community building. Devise three-year manpower plan and hire/internally develop talent accordingly. Continually review manpower at various group units and refine up and down as per business requirement. Develop hiring practices at various group units and install best practices at all units. HR related legal compliances at all group units.
