Our Client is seeking a BA Manager.   Position Overview   The Business Planning and Analysis Manager is responsible for the development of a Technical and Operational planning and analysis platform to support the Global Consumer Group's Operations & Technology organization. This position will play a key role in developing the strategy and driving / managing this large scale strategic analytic platform.  As such, the position will interface with senior managers and finance professionals across multiple functions, lines of business, and geographies in support of this strategic initiative.     Summary of Key Responsibilities:   Exercise leadership role in development, evaluation, & rollout of new strategic initiatives. Design/develop/implement/drive utilization of analytic tools required to understand effect of strategic decisions impact on overall business/product profitability. Manage multiple action plans to implement all necessary controls (policies/standards, processes/procedures, control testing, and metrics of outcomes) as well as documentation Development and implementation of standard technical and capacity planning models Oversee/Manage 2-3 business analysts and technical writers who will be your direct reports Develop a detailed project plan from the Action Plans and execute it Build excellent relationships, and leverage them to seamlessly overcome challenges and meet business needs.
