Employee Relations Consultant in Brisbane, QLD Australia About the Role and Company Our client is seeking a strong Employee Relations Consultant to assist their department.  A key role, the successful candidate will be a clear communicator with a background in HR or Industrial Relations, and have a customer focus. This is an initial 3 week contract that may extend, and will require someone with an ability to utilise strong relationships and networks with relevant internal and external stakeholders and interest groups to achieve organisational goals. What are the Responsibilities?  The ideal candidate will have extensive Industrial Relations experience Ideally you will have extensive experience advocating in the Commission You will have a good understanding of HR Procedures, Code of Conduct, EBA's etc The position is 3 weeks in duration commencing from 15th October, but may continue for over 3 weeks.  What’s in it for you?
