Landscape Irrigation Area Manager Central Europe – Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Benelux     Responsibilities: The Landscape Irrigation Area Manager will be responsible for growing our client´s products and Service sales in the Central Europe region, through the leadership of a small team. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the ability to aggressively drive sales through the various distribution channels or service  customers and achieve in depth knowledge of his markets. Key responsibilities include:   Successfully execute a regional sales plan that will achieve significant product and service sales growth through the various distribution channels. Achieve Sales goals for all SBU’s within the assigned regions. Keep and develop the relations with the existing customer portfolio, create new customers, define the needs of the market. Organize trainings, seminars, demo days and other activities for the customers Justify and execute promotional programs intended to drive sales, assuring market shares gains are achieved in each region. Collaborate with Marketing to ensure that the product line plans, marketing programs, launches and marketing materials meet the customer needs; including contact data entry, translation of English material into local language, organization of local trade shows, direct marketing actions such as mailings, emailing, phone calls and follow up. Prepare regular and special sales reports as assigned including weekly reports, bimonthly reports, market share analyses, etc. Develop specification work with municipalities, contractors, architects, etc. Update periodically existing customer database in the territory Follow up the customer complaints and find satisfactory solutions Manage phone basic technical support to all customers/users in local language Closely follow up the customer receivables and coordinate with  the local accounting Other duties as assigned or necessary.        Required experience: Undergraduate degree and five or more years of experience in Sales.   Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects Sales Management experience Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills. Aptitude for quantitative analysis, tactical thinking and detailed planning. Demonstrated ability to develop, build and motivate teams in the context of a business environment Fluent in English   Desired qualifications: Having irrigation industry sales experience will be a plus MBA Speaks French ... http://bull.hn/l/SFWF/1"
