PURPOSE: Lead  data management aspects of the commercial department by ensuring the timely submission of any operation, accurate data and reports. Lead analysis, reviews and give suggestion for current business situation related to any existing products, promotions or  ongoing campaigns. Working closely with IT DW team to ensure data accuracy, data availability and new data request submission.  Ensures that monitoring data analyzed and adequately interpreted by location and other specifications best contributes to the appropriate decision-making. Involved any projects related to  BI system by  preparing all necessary information needed by commercial department RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead team to deliver daily, weekly and monthly management reports timely and accurate Lead team to do data analysis  to have better understanding about customer behavior Lead team to  deliver any information or performance of  any packages, campaigns or promotions as feedback to Marketing team Working with IT DW team  to solve any issues related to data and to submit any data request which not available in DW  system Proactive by giving business advice  based on data analysis  and current trend in the market Perform appraisal for staffs Follow up any tasks assigned by senior management Lead collection the information needed in any Marketing Related projects, comment, analyze and submit the final version to the Management Ensure the quantity and quality of all the required outputs are produced on a timely and efficient manner. KEY COMPETENCE: Min Bachelor Degree. Min 7 years working experience in  the same field. Strong data analysis and presentation skills. Experience with Statistics,  DW or BI tools. Experience with Telecommunication industry is preferred High computer skills and have programming is preferred.
